Charlene Budgell wrote this about her dog Maggie:
“I never realized how much of an impact one little puppy would make when we first got her 13 years ago. Our kids we ages 2 and 7 so most of their lives have been spent with our dog, Maggie.
Maggie loved snow and used her face to plow through fresh piles of the stuff, emerging with
her face covered in snowballs.
She also loved water but refused to go in past her knees having learned that kelp is not solid when she tried walking on it and falling into the cold Atlantic Ocean one spring day.
Most all Maggie loved to cuddle and snuggle. She was a real lady and never grabbed food from your hand but took it carefully so as not to hurt you. She also loved to walk and would come get me every evening for our walk.
We miss her so much, sweet dreams Maggie.”
